In light of recent Government announcements our World For Pets Stores are temporarily closed. Please phone your local store to for any updates for services and trading.

The RSPCA World for Pets team would like to thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times.

It is our mission to help you and your pet by supplying the food and essential items required for a healthy and happy pet.

Our teams are working closely with suppliers to ensure we have incoming stock, however, due to an increase in online orders we are currently experiencing delays with processing times.

As per our standard practice, we will stay in touch and communicate with you once your order has been shipped.

During this time, we ask that you limit your communication to our customer service team to urgent matters.

Easter Holiday FAQs

Thank you for supporting the RSPCA World for Pets stores, where 100% of profits goes back to animals in need.

We will be closed for the Easter period, from Friday 2nd to Monday 5th April.

Any online orders received after 12pm Wednesday 31st March will be processed after the Easter Holiday period, when we return on Tuesday 6th April.

It is our mission to supply the food and essentials items that keeps your pets happy and healthy. Please be patient during this time as our small team works through your orders.

Fraud Awareness

The RSPCA World for Pets team are committed to promoting and maintaining an organisation free from fraud. If we suspect an order to be fraudulant, our customer service team will hold the order until we can confirm legitimacy. If we are unable to confirm legitmacy, the order will can cancelled.

Im a Volunteer, Member, Staff, do I get a discount ?

Yes you do. But the discount is via a voucher that will be emailed to you. Its really easy, simply join our World For Pets loyalty club.

How it works is -

All purchases will accumulate points, once the points total $100 spend- a voucher will be sent to you in the month following your purchase.(refer Loyalty club terms and conditions)

So the more you support the World For Pets store, the greater your reward.


Can I claim donations on this site as a tax deduction?
