1.World for Pets uses Australia Post and specialised Couriers and ships Australia wide 
The delivery system is automated and highly reliable.  We generally ship within 7 days for any order received prior to 11am EST on a working day.  However during peak times Easter and Christmas shipping can take up to 8-14  (Australia Shipping) working days from finalising your order.  Rest assured we take every step we can to get your orders sent out quickly and at the lowest possible cost.  As Australia's largest Pet Superstore we are very experienced at shipping.

Shipping and handling charges are based on weight/volume and are calculated by the database immediately - just view your cart.

We work with a number of experienced courier companies to get your order to you as effeciently as we can.

Once your order is despatched with the courier company, RSPCA World for Pets cannot be held responsible for the safe delivery of your parcel. If your order is not delivered or you wish to enquire on the status of your order, please contact our customer service team on the below details.

During the checkout process, you have the option to ‘Leave parcel in safe place’ or ‘Do not leave parcel’. When the ‘Leave parcel in safe place’ option is selected, RSPCA World for Pets cannot be held liable for stolen or missing parcels. As a customer you are accepting full responsibility of the safe delivery of this parcel when selecting ‘Leave parcel in safe place’ on an order.
Once orders are despatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
