	Yes you do. To Receive a discount you first need to be approved by us. To do this Sign up at the top Right hand side of the home page, you will be emailed a password, which will need to be approved by us,(May take upto 24hrs), once approved you can log into the site with the new password and Purchase at your Discounted rate.
